D’ARCO 146, is a project that Giuseppe Leida Associati recently completed transforming a former paper mill into residences in Milan, commissioned by Finesse s.r.l. The project involved a complete renovation of the building, with particular emphasis on preserving the original architectural elements. The structure has been converted into spacious residences with a modern and functional design, utilising high-quality materials and innovative solutions.
