As dedicated member of the training team, my focus is on empowering educators to flourish, providing flowy, creative, practical and innovative approaches to help teachers elevate their practice and teaching.
Our program is designed to give you the foundational skills and confidence you need to get started in teaching yoga.
The entire program is based on the Hatha Vinyasa Yoga lineages.
We have adhered to the 200 hours Yoga Alliance Curriculum so after completion you will gain this international certification that will allow you to teach internationally.

Our program is designed to give you Advanced skills and confidence you need to develop your path teaching yoga.
We have adhered to the 300 hours Yoga Alliance Curriculum so after completion you will gain this international certification that will allow you to teach internationally on elevated standards. If you have already a 200 hours this will add up to your 500 Hours Yoga Alliance.
In this training you will deep into: Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga 1st Series, Yin Yoga Practice, Pre & Post Natal teaching.
As a summary these will be focus each week:
Week 1 - Ashtanga Week. 1st Series. Self practice immersion.
Week 2 - Vinyasa Yoga & Advanced Sequencing.
Week 3 - Yin Yoga & Advanced Anatomy
Week 4 - Pre & Post Natal, Kids Yoga & Business Module.

The Trainings includes:
200 or 300 Hours Yoga Alliance certification.
21 days Monday to Friday tuition. Weekends free time.
1 month accommodation available, in the heart of Barcelona, if needed.
Daily Breakfast, lunch, snacks on tuition days served at the shala.
Hands on certification where you will be teaching since 1st week.
Possibility of teaching real classes on our studio as practice, supported by your mentor.
Personal Mentor with weekly meetings all the way
English speaking training.
Best national and international Barcelona based teachers.
