Week 2 — Ignite the Fire — Awakening inner heat & motivation Dynamic flow focused on energy, warmth, and activation. We wake up the inner flame that fuels change.

Week 3 — Creative Flow — Movement as expression Fluid sequences, playful transitions, and space to explore your unique rhythm. Creativity lives in the body.

Week 4 — Personal Power — Core, confidence & self-trust Strong, empowering practice to connect with your center. Cultivating strength without force.

Week 5 — Joy — Lightness, expansion & pleasure Joy as a practice. Heart-opening movements, breath, and a reminder that pleasure is part of alignment.

Week 6 — Gratitude — Receiving & grounding abundance Slower, nourishing flow to soften, open, and receive. Gratitude as a nervous-system state.

Week 7 — Presence — Here. Now. In the body. Mindful movement, pauses, and breath awareness. Learning to stay with what is, without rushing.

Week 8 — Integration — Weaving everything together A full-spectrum class that integrates fire, creativity, power, joy, and presence into one embodied experience.

Week 9 — Embodiment & Closure — Becoming what you’ve practiced Ritual class. Reflection. Celebration. Anchoring what you’ve cultivated so it lives beyond the mat.
