DAY 1 | THURSDAY
15:00 – Check-in
Arrival at the villa and room assignment.
Opening Circle
to arrive, settle in, setting a goal for the retreat.This could be a race you have planned, starting to run again, or bringing more mindfulness and yoga into your life. Why are you here?
Vinyasa Yoga
all-levels practice "to land" to Formentera, opening up the body after traveling.
Sunset Social Easy Run
all together at a conversational pace.
A first taste of the surroundings villa a moment to get to know each other!
Free Time / Shower
Dinner prepared by our chef Paula, who will take care of us during these four days together.
DAY 2 | FRIDAY
Vinyasa Yoga
Energic all-levels practice at sunrise to wake up the body and light a little bit of fire into our muscles.

(Group 1+2) Discovering the island till the sun goes down + Stretching session

DAY 3 | SATURDAY
Sunrise Meditation
at the Faro de la Mola + Take Away Carb-Focused Breakfast n.1. Carb-loading is no joke!
Long Run
(Group 1+2). A 2-hour window to get your training and practice done. You can choose to join one of the two groups or follow your own training plan. No competition — just enjoying your run in a beautiful landscape.
Nourishing Brunch. We all meet back at the villa for nice food and relaxing time.
Free Time / Connect &
Rest / Snacks
Yin Yoga
Practice to reconnect with the body, stretch, and release lactic acid from the run and release tension before the evening.
Free Time / Shower

DAY 4 | SUNDAY
Vinyasa Yoga
One last energizing practice to get the body moving and say goodbye to this gem of an island.

ALLOCATION & PRICES
You can reserve by transferring a deposit of €300 per person (non-refundable).
The remaining balance will be paid by 29 February 2026.
The €300 deposit is non-refundable. Only book if you are sure you will participate. The remaining balance can be converted into a voucher for future events if you cancel at least 30 days before the start of the retreat. After that, no money can be refunded.
