Description
Over 4 days together, we will experience YOGA & RUNNING where our legs will take us on a physical journey through Formentera’s breathtaking landscapes, while our mat will frame a safe space to shift our attention inward, helping us explore our inner world.
Learning to find stillness in motion and motion in stillness.
Observing how the body adapts, how the breath becomes our most reliable guide, and how the mind can find peace even when your legs are moving and your heartbeat is rising.
Listening to your footsteps, your heartbeat, your breath, the sounds around you. You are alive.
Yoga will prepare your body and mind for motion, yoga teaches awareness, softness, and how to move and stretch with intention—supporting the body, preventing injuries, and helping you slow down when everything speeds up.
Running will awaken your senses, raise your heartbeat, and offer you the key to a new path of self-discovery. Running is a natural movement: it teaches rhythm, presence, and a form of meditation born from motion.
Through breathwork, we will learn to connect with our most intuitive inner compass and understand how it can support us both on the mat and on the run.
Everyone is welcome—no prior experience in yoga or running is needed, and no activity is ever mandatory. This is an invitation to explore what your body can do, guided by curiosity and free from judgment.
Each day will include one or two yoga or meditation practices, along with gentle workshops to explore these practices from different perspectives.
We’ll stay in a Private Villa surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation dunes, fig trees and beach in walking distance. All accommodations are double rooms, with the option of a double bed or two single beds.

The €300 deposit is non-refundable. Only book if you are sure you will participate. The remaining balance can be converted into a voucher for future events if you cancel at least 30 days before the start of the retreat. After that, no money can be refunded.
