NOTES
The flat located in the heart of El Born in Barcelona is one of the most central and charismatic areas of the city, at the same time very touristy.

Evenings, especially weekends, may be quite noisy, so make sure you are a good sleeper to avoid sleep disturbances, it’s going to be fun and laud, even if the windows are new and isolate quite a bit.

Mornings instead are wonderful and quiet, it is a populated street so it is safe, although it is always good to remain vigilant in Barcelona city center.

The building includes 4 apartment, we are floor 3.
The neighboured is very friendly, one very old and sweet lady lives in the 1st floor, then a girl on the second floor and a gentleman on the 4th floor.
Please try to respect and keep tidy the floor and entrance as it would be yours. :)

Fun fact: have you seen Alice in Wonderland? Ok cool, imagine that staircase, our stairs in the building are very funny, very tiny, but I promise you will get use to them, and also train your quads and bum (picture below).

We require a 500€ deposit at the time of booking (fully refundable in the event of cancellation only with a 15-day advance payment), otherwise no money can be refunded.
Short term (less then 2 weeks) 150/night all included.
50% deposit for reservation, 50% at arrival via bank transfer.
