Daily yoga & meditation sessions with me @ariannapiroddi, to open body & breath, designed to support your surf experience and your inner flow.
2 surf sessions (for all levels) with local instructors, including equipment rental & transfers.
Holistic & massage workshops led by our practitioner Claudia @claudiacarubelli_holistic – to explore body, energy and emotional release through gentle, supportive practices.
